Please note that Letterlock (Sumas, WA) was heavily affected by the recent flooding in the Pacific Northwest and has had to temporarily close to the general public in order to clean up, assess any damage and reorganize all Kinek member parcels currently in their storage. All existing parcels were moved to a safe location during the active flooding phase – Letterlock is now working to get those items moved back to the warehouse and reorganized so that all Kinek member shipments are grouped together accordingly.  

While Letterlock is closed for parcel collection, please rest assured that all new deliveries are being accepted.  

The Letterlock team respectfully requests that you do not call as they are devoting their days to clean up and reorganization in an effort to reopen as soon as possible – if you do have questions, please email [email protected] for the fastest response.

Please be advised that your Kinekpoint will be reinstating the late fee charges for parcels not picked up within 30 days of the borders reopening. The prospective date is November 9th, 2021.

After the first 30 days, each parcel will be charged an additional late fee of US$1.00 per day.
